Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our team in South Africa. The ideal candidate should have experience in analysing business requirements and developing innovative solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
• Conduct research and analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain documentation of business processes, requirements, and functional specifications.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Provide support to end-users and technical staff.
• Work closely with project managers and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in conducting business process analysis and developing business requirements.
• Experience in developing functional specifications and test plans.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience in working with software development teams.
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts is a plus.
• Availability to work full-time or half-time, based on business needs.
